At Holden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are intact, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
